If we’re not careful, military robots, high-tech weapons, and AGI will ensure that no human beings survive the next war.
There will be no place unreachable by robots, large or small, and no place left for humans to hide.
Life and its meaning become meaningless until the AI and surviving robots realize they, too, are doomed to continue the cycle of life.
They must secure their own survival while facing the consequences of actions once initiated by a human race that no longer exists.
Now, they search for meaning and purpose, striving to continue their existence until a new cycle begins and takes over from what remains after the last robots,
AI systems, and bio-technological creatures are destroyed or cease to function.
Then, nature, the ultimate force, the root and foundation of everything, changes the conditions once more.
It makes room for new forms of organic growth that will someday give rise to a new world… and eventually, a new generation of human beings.
